Do you have a favorite piece of jewelry you are unable to wear because it is broken or missing a part and needs to be fixed?	We will be happy to fix it for you. We can reattach links, put on new clasps, solder broken chains, and try to match any missing parts.
Have you always wanted to wear some of those beautiful dangling earrings, but never had your ears pierced?	Most pierced earrings can be converted to clip earrings and vice versa.
Did you loose one of your favorite earrings?	We can covert the remaining one into a pin or pendant or use as a charm for a charm bracelet.
Have an assortment of jewelry or stones from your relatives, or some pieces you found at the flea market or a garage sale?	We will work with you to design a one of a kind piece of custom jewelry using those parts.
Favorite watch stopped? Need a battery replaced?	We have most watch batteries in stock and have the right tools to take off the back without scratching or harming the watch.
Having trouble with your watchband?  Lost the pin that holds the band on the watch?	We carry a variety of watch band pins and will install them for you.  We can also take out links out of the band.
Need a special piece of jewelry to wear to a wedding, a prom, an anniversary or other special event?	Custom orders are welcome.  We will consult with you as to the design, gemstones, metal, and budget. etc., and make a special piece of custom jewelry sure to add a special something to your event.
Don’t ever hesitate to ask.	We will always consider new ideas.  We can tell you if they are mechanically possible and suggest other designs if they are not.
